Lars Harper is a character in the My New Family Series. He's one of Ryder's children.

Background

Personality

Lars is a nice and sweet guy, who always has an advice for everyone, especially for his siblings. He also has the nickname wise one since he's the go to person for most of his siblings.

When he got older, he became more distant towards his siblings, even leaving town to live a normal life where not everyone knew his family history, but he was still there for his family, helping out Keena when she didn't know who to talk to.

Name

The name Lars is a boy's name of Scandinavian origin meaning "crowned with laurel"

English, Scottish, and Irish: occupational name for a player on the harp, from an agent derivative of Middle English, Middle Dutch harp ‘harp’. The harper was one of the most important figures of a medieval baronial hall, especially in Scotland and northern England, and the office of harper was sometimes hereditary. The Scottish surname is probably an Anglicized form of Gaelic Mac Chruiteir ‘son of the harper’ (from Gaelic cruit ‘harp’, ‘stringed instrument’). This surname has long been present in Ireland.
