Cara is a troubled teenager, which shows up pregnant to Jefferson High School. At first she seems all nice and sweet, but then tries to pull Arya and Darya into trouble with her, manipulating the two girls to get pregnant as well.
Later it is revealed Cara has multiple mental issues, including many suicide attempts.
